We are excited to start working with you. Here we will share with you a bit of information about our merchant onboarding process. Our goal is to assist you in moving from application to integration in the shortest time frame possible. In order to accomplish this, we have laid out a basic overview of our standard procedures so that you know what to expect.

TRANSACTION FEES

At Banxate, we understand the frustrations e-commerce merchants experience when dealing with their payment processing providers. OUR MODEL

As you may have already learned, the Banxate Instant Transfer Payment Gateway enables you, the merchant, to collect instant, bank-to-bank payments, directly from your customers with no middlemen. While this equals superior cash flow management for you, it also means we are essentially extending your organization credit by collecting the weeks prior transaction fees after they have settled to your bank. As such, these payment terms requires a collection of basic information about your organization and its beneficial owners. For your benefit, each section of the application offers “Save and Return” functionality, allowing you to compete the process at your convenience.

PROHIBITED LIST

Banaxte will accept applications from all standard-risk verticals as well as many high-risk models. Please have a look at the PROHIBITED list below. If your business DOES NOT fall into any of these categories, Banxate can accept your application. And yes, we do accept zero THC hemp and CBD e-commerce applications.

OUR PROCESS

Throughout the application, there will be sections that require supporting documentation to be uploaded for review and approval. To make the experience as painless as possible, please find below a list of items you should gather before starting the process. Final review and approval time frames will be contingent on the processing package you choose. ALL processing start-times begin after COMPETE and CORRECT applications, documents and merchant agreements have been submitted!!! Once approved, you will be sent another email with a calendar link so that you can schedule an integration call requiring only 20 minutes of your time. So, without further delay, let’s get started.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

To make the experience as painless as possible, please find below a list of items you should gather before starting the process.

  1. A voided check for all legal entities and DBA’s
    or
  2. A signed & dated bank letter for All legal entities and DBA’s (Must include account and routing numbers).
  3. 3 months company bank statements (if existing business).
    or
  4. 3 months personal bank statements (if new business or sole prop).
  5. 3 months processing statements for all accounts if currently processing or have processed recently.
  6. A color scan of driver’s licenses (all beneficial owners, officers or signatories).
  7. The company’s articles of incorporation.
  8. The company’s EIN letter from the IRS.
  9. Current or last month’s utility bill with business address (if existing business).
    or
  10. Current or last month’s utility bill with personal address (if new business or sole prop).
  11. Proof of domain ownership.
